Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our closet. Every order ships tracked, and your tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned.

US standard shipping is $6 flat, and free on orders over $100. Express shipping is $18. International shipping is quoted at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days within the US, 7–14 business days internationally.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

One-of-one resale and retro pieces can be returned if the item does not match its listed condition grade — we cover return shipping in that case.

Mystery boxes are final sale, since the contents are hand-picked once your order comes in.

To start a return, email kickoffcloset.help@gmail.com with your order number.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every jersey is inspected in-hand before it is listed: crest and badge construction, stitching, tags, wash labels, fabric weave and internal sizing labels.\n\nPre-owned pieces are graded honestly and photographed as they are, including any flaw.\n\nIf any item you buy from us is ever shown to be inauthentic, we refund you in full and cover return shipping. No arguments, no restocking fee.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, email, shipping address and order contents.\n\nWe never sell or rent your personal information. Email signups are used for new arrivals and restock notices, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.\n\nPayment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.\n\nPrices are in USD. Stock is limited and many pieces are one-of-one — if an item sells out between your order and packing, we refund that line in full.\n\nDiscount codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively.
