Every shirt is inspected in-hand before it is listed — crest and badge construction, stitching density, inner neck and wash labels, fabric weave and sizing tags are all checked against known authentic references. If anything is off, it does not go in the closet.
"New with tags" means unworn with original tags attached. "Brand new" is unworn without tags. "Excellent" is pre-owned with no holes, pulls, cracking or fading beyond what is photographed and described.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US standard delivery is 2–5 business days and free over $100; international orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed automatically.
Yes — 30 days from delivery on any unworn item with tags attached. Mystery boxes are final sale since the contents are picked once your order arrives.
